If you are not in the Houston, Texas area and would like to schedule a telephonic consultation with one of the experienced Houston Immigration Attorneys at Smith & Garg, please use the form below to schedule an appointment. Because our attorney time is valuable, we charge $100 per half hour of consultation. For your convenience, we accept payment through PayPal. PayPal allows you to pay for your consultation through the use of a major credit card, debit card or an electronic check. An initial $100 fee will be charged to your credit card through PayPal prior to your appointment. Once an appointment is scheduled, if not cancelled 48 hours in advance, you shall forfeit the initial consultation fee.

In preparation for your consultation, we encourage you to fax and/or mail our firm any documentation which is applicable to the case in issue.
